**The Treehouses are located in one building which is split into 4 units. When you rent a Treehouse, the entire space you rent is private for you including hot tub, deck, and firepit. The units are split with privacy walls outside. **

Designed for Quiet Getaways:
To maintain a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for all guests, our Treehouse units at Watershed Resort are exclusively designed for solo travelers and couples. Because these individual accommodations share adjoining walls, we strictly operate as an adults-only, pet-free environment to minimize noise and preserve tranquility.

Special Mention
Although these are attached units, we have taken several measures to keep these units private from each other:
1. Each unit is fireproofed, which also has the benefit of additional soundproofing, yet respect that others are near is warranted just as if in a hotel room
2. Landscaping design keeps the outside area of each unit separate.
3. Separate parking and walking paths to units
4. Outside wood wall dividers

Resort Amenities

Our Resort property features a number of outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The Yard is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group fire pit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladder ball, horseshoes, and our signature logzebo with a bedswing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail that leads to the playground and our Eco Park which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge.

To ensure you have a comfortable experience, we provide a starter supply of the following items:

Please note that these supplies are intended to get you started and may not be sufficient for your entire stay. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and your usage needs. We suggest you visit the grocery store before arriving at your cabin. Bryson City's main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months.

Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin's roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Favorite Place!

This was a surprise birthday trip for me! The staff here were so thoughtful and decorated the place upon my arrival! Balloons and all! One of my favorite places to stay of all time. This ended up being a solo trip for me and I felt so safe while being up here! I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was exceptionally helpful if needed. Loved the hot tub at night. A bit chilly at 8 degrees but you couldn’t even tell it, it was so relaxing. We traveled from Kannapolis, NC. Hopefully we can come back. Had lots of fun walking around the mountain.

Great place and great staff

Our family of 4 had the best time! We enjoyed the hot tub every night and even a fire one night. We ventured to the waterfall and took pictures at the yard. This resort is perfect and we will return. The staff here is top notch! We were supposed to come when hurricane Ian came through and they were generous and helped us reschedule with no questions asked! We thank you and look forward to coming back!

My husband and I came to Bryson City to ride the Smoky Mountain Railroad and wanted to stay close by but still have privacy. The treehouse cabin was perfect! We enjoyed it very much and hope to return one day. The hot tub was certainly a plus. Great place to stay! Thanks for everything!

Everything we needed we found here. Lovely sitting on porch and smelling fall around us, distant train whistle, leaves rustling, gazing at stars from the hot tub. Love looking out upper windows in main room. We will be back

Thank you for perfection! It is my fiancés birthday and all that he wanted was peace and relaxation in the mountains and that’s exactly what we have received here. Everything about this cabin was perfect! Of course, we relaxed in the hot tub, hiked and saw a few waterfalls, and had delicious food. It will be hard for me to top this experience next year!! My husband and I came for a babymoon/ last vacation together as a couple before our baby arrives. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The furnishing and decor are absolutely beautiful. Such a peaceful setting. We will definitely be back and will bring friends or family next time for a group adventure.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I came here after visiting Nashville for our 5th wedding anniversary. The cabin was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. We enjoyed white water rafting and ziplining at the NOC. We would definitely love to come back and bring some friends to stay in the other cabins.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely! I found this place on Airbnb and am so glad I did. It was cozy and I especially enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. We stopped at Ingles on our way in and took advantage of the grill and kitchen to make all of our food. We hiked at Deep Creek and then relaxed at the Nantahala Brewing. Everyone in Bryson City is so friendly!

Great First Christmas

I just hate to return to the real world after such a lovely reprieve from the hectic days. Seriously, we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful Christmas break – full of little luxuries like long nights reading by the fire and sipping wine in the hot tub. This was our first visit here to this treehouse and to Bryson City. We played in the hot tub, built a fire, and did the Polar Express. It was truly an amazing experience! It felt like a movie set, it was so beautiful here.

This was mine and my boyfriends second time visiting this beautiful place and it was just as perfect this time as it was last fall.
